The Museum will be holding a Special Station 28 100th Anniversary Celebration with a recognition ceremony which will begin at 11:00 a.m. This celebration will coincide with the Fire Museum’s Annual Apparatus Day and will feature a special display of fire apparatus from the 1920s, honoring the 1926 opening of Fire Station #28 and the Fire Alarm & Dispatch Center. Picnic-style food will be available, along with a 100th anniversary cake, and the Museum will offer complimentary tours. We hope you will join us for the 11:00 a.m. program in the second-floor meeting room as we recognize this Cleveland historic landmark and reflect on its important role in Cleveland firefighting history. Parking is available in the pay lot across the street.
