A New Event From Greyt Culture - 21+ Only. Music - Meats - Magic Cleveland deserves a sausage festival of legendary proportions—where the air smells like smoke and spice, where grandmothers square off against punk rock pitmasters, and where toddlers proudly brandish bratwurst like medieval scrolls. We’re not quite there yet… but this is how it begins. We’re firing up the dream from the patio of one of Cleveland’s oldest German pubs—a place where the walls have soaked in eight decades of beer, laughter, and sausage lore. This isn’t just about food. It’s about culture, community, and that universal joy of eating meat off a stick with a liter of beer in hand. Like Oktoberfest’s feral little cousin. While this year's launch will only feature the sausages of Der Braumeister Pub - we hope in the future to feature Home chefs, Backyard legends, Regional butchers, DIY kielbasa kings. A gathering of sausage stewards and music lovers. Meet The Meats of Der Braumeister: Beer Bratwurst - A smoked pork brat infused with beer, delivering a rich, malty flavor. Sourced from Radell's in Cleveland, it's a local favorite. Fresh Brat -A classic pork bratwurst, unsmoked and seasoned with traditional German spices.  Kielbasa -An award-winning smoked pork sausage with garlic undertones, crafted by Radell's. A nod to Cleveland's Polish heritage.  Frankfurter -A traditional German-style sausage, mildly seasoned and smoked, offering a smooth texture and savory taste. Weisswurst- A Bavarian specialty made from veal and pork, delicately seasoned with parsley and lemon. Traditionally enjoyed in the morning. Vegan Brat- A plant-based bratwurst alternative, delivering the hearty flavors of a traditional brat without the meat. Vegan Frankfurter - A meatless take on the classic frankfurter, offering a smoky flavor and satisfying bite Featured Artists: False Teeth Cleveland, OH False Teeth is the brainchild of Joey Hughes, a musical chameleon known for his ventures into rap as Don Stroganoff and collaborations with bands like M.O.O.K.Y. Their 'Dog Funk' sound is a chaotic mix of indie rock and funk, delivering high-energy performances that defy convention. Their debut EP 'Pilot' showcases their eclectic style that refuses to be pigeonholed. Quick Mystery Cleveland, OH Quick Mystery is a band that thrives on spontaneity and raw emotion. Comprising members who didn't initially see themselves as musicians, they play based on feel, pouring their hearts into every performance. Their eclectic style, described as lo-fi garage rock with psychedelic influences, is evident in their album '...Now Watch This Drive.'  Blanket Party Cleveland, OH Blanket Party brings a playful yet hard-hitting approach to the Cleveland music scene. The trio is Joe Yezbek, Gary McIntyre, and Jon Chips. Their songs are laced with double entendres and flirtatious themes, all wrapped in a metal/hard rock package. Known for their energetic performances and a sense of humor, they're a band that doesn't take themselves too seriously but delivers seriously good music.  Fruitfly Cleveland, OH Born from the late-night musings of Kyle Thompson during pandemic-induced insomnia, Fruitfly evolved from a solo project into a full-fledged emo/indie outfit. Their sound is a cathartic blend of raw emotion and DIY ethos, resonating with anyone who's ever felt like an outsider. With albums like 'Running On Fumes' and 'It Was Fine Last Time,' they've carved a niche for 'sad nerds' everywhere.
