The Cudell neighborhood is named after architect Frank E. Cudell, who donated the land for Cudell Commons to Cleveland in 1916.
Cudell Commons is a public space that houses two memorials: one for Frank E. Cudell and the other for Tamir Rice with the Rice Butterfly Memorial (right). The memorial serves as a place of reflection and respect in the community for the loss of Tamir Rice.
