CentroVilla25: Cleveland's La Villa Hispana
Welcome to CentroVilla25 – NOW OPEN! – where Latin culture, entrepreneurship, and neighborhood pride come together under one roof in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood. It’s a decades-long dream brought to life by the Hispanic Business Center.
Near W. 25th & Clark, CentroVilla25 is redefining what community space looks like — colorful, connected, and proudly Latino. It’s home to ethnic foods from El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Venezuela. You aren’t getting flavors like this anywhere else in Ohio.
Neighborhood Staple: Pupuseria y Antojitos Guanaquitas

The Pivot Center:

Must-Visit Spots to Enjoy
Johnny’s on Fulton
The Italian spot recognized by the NYT and Cleveland.com for its bold and authentic flavors. It’s been in the neighborhood for over 100 years using local ingredients and foreign techniques all the way, with an insane wine-list as the cherry on top!
Moon Cat Boba Cafe
Moon Cat is the kind of spot you stop by once… and then crave daily. Build your own boba, grab a crispy bite, and keep it moving. It’s the snack break you didn’t know you needed. Try their Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken for the best afternoon snack!
The Hildebrandt Building
Would you guess that this creative hive was originally a meatpacking plant? Now artists, bakers, brewers and dreamers shape Cleveland’s future in the Hildebrandt. They host so many open houses and events, so it’s an easy place to explore!
Celebrating the Culture: Puerto Rican Parade
Clark-Fulton comes alive during the Puerto Rican Parade, a celebration that honors the history, culture and impact of Puerto Rican communities in Cleveland.
