Comedians Chris Paugh and John Armstrong host a standup comedy showcase highlighting some of the funniest comics Cleveland has to offer. About the hosts Chris Paugh is a father, comedian, and firebrand from Cleveland, OH. Chris is best known as a fearless idealist grounded firmly in reality. Chris grew up in churches in the mountains of Cloudland, Georgia in the winters and the streets of East Cleveland, Ohio in the summers leading to a unique perspective for every type of comedy room. He retains the Midwestern style of personal, conversational stand up comedy with a coastal, opinionated bent. Left leaning without teetering off the edge into idealistic nonsense and alienating the crowd.Chris Paugh is as relatable to small town America as he is to the cities where he resides. John Armstrong is from Cleveland. He has lived in the worst and best neighborhoods in and around the city, which gives him a unique outlook on the world. He uses this to talk about family, relationships, and current events. John has a quick wit and charismatic charm that jumps off the stage. One of the best and fastest-rising comedians in the city.
