Hours: The Box office is open on event days only 2 hours prior to show time.

Payment: Tickets may be purchased at the Box Office with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. All credit card purchases at the Box Office require a photo ID and the cardholder must be present at the time of purchase.

Will Call: Tickets may be picked up on the day of the event starting 2 hours prior to the start time of the event. The customer must have the actual credit card, picture I.D. and confirmation number.

Parking: 9000 parking spaces are available within a 4 block radius of the facility. These spaces are located between E. 18th & 21st, Prospect & Carnegie Avenues.

General Info: Cameras are not permitted unless otherwise specified. Recording devices are not permitted.

General Info - Children: All children age 3 and older are required to have a ticket purchased to enter the event
